Romona Vibes wants every customer to have a clear and professional experience.
Because many Romona Vibes services are custom, personalized, or made-to-order, refunds and cancellations depend on the type of order and how much work has already been completed.
Custom Songs and Ghostwriting
Custom songs and ghostwriting projects require time, writing, planning, and creative work.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Once writing or creative work has started, deposits may be non-refundable.
If a customer cancels before work begins, refund options may be reviewed based on the payment status and project details.
Major changes, new story details, complete rewrites, or style changes after work has started may require an additional fee.
Bouquets
Custom rose bouquets are made through a trusted gift partner.
Because bouquets require materials, flowers, planning, and vendor preparation, refunds may be limited once the order has been confirmed or materials have been purchased.
Bouquets should be ordered at least 3 to 5 days in advance.
Last-minute bouquet orders may be accepted depending on availability.
Colors, flowers, decorations, and final appearance may vary based on season, availability, and custom details.
Money Gift Cakes
Money Gift Cakes require planning, real money, materials, decorations, and vendor preparation.
Money Gift Cakes require up to 3 days’ notice.
Once a Money Gift Cake order is confirmed and preparation has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
Money Gift Cakes are decorative gift arrangements and are not edible cakes.
Gift Packages
Song + gift packages may include custom songs, bouquets, Money Gift Cakes, Spanish or bilingual options, ASL services, or other personalized details.
Because these packages may involve multiple services and vendors, refund eligibility depends on which parts of the order have already started, been purchased, or been completed.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may require additional fees.
Rush fees may be non-refundable once work begins because time is reserved and prioritized for the customer’s project.
Cancellations
Customers should contact Romona Vibes as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change an order.

Delivery or Pickup Issues
Delivery and pickup options depend on availability, service area, vendor schedule, and customer-provided information.
Romona Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, late responses, weather, vendor delays, flower availability, technical issues, or circumstances outside of our control.
Final Review
Refunds, credits, or changes may be reviewed case by case.
